Big and spacious room We stayed at the 4th floor and had a huge terrace with a nice view! Parking is on site and very easy to access, this for us was a big issue when looking for hotels in Florence!

The apartment is nicely decorated, all the furniture is new, the location is perfect with grocery shops nearby. There is a coffee place 10 meters from our building, and some restaurants near by. It took about 5 minutes walk to get to the start of the old town and about 20 minutes to the most important sights. Breakfast was definitely worth it, especially when traveling with small children. The manager, Fabio, was very nice and helpful, and he knows English. There was a coffee machine in the room and 2 AC units in our 2 room apartment. There are parking spots marked in blue where you can park and pay by the hour or there is private parking 700 meters from the building with 15 euro per day (thank you Fabio for the recommendation).

Wonderful place! We spent three nights there and absolutely loved it. Everything was spotless, tidy, and cozy. The hosts were incredibly kind — they spent about half an hour with us upon check-in, explaining where to go and what to see in the city. The location is excellent — just a 10- to 20-minute walk to almost any spot in the old town. Our room had a small balcony, the perfect place for a morning coffee. It was perfectly quiet, and we slept so well. Another important thing — the owners speak English very well, which is not always the case in Italy. We highly recommend this place!

The main strengths are the air conditioning in the bedrooms, the WiFi, and the location in a neighborhood free of tourists that is near the Arno and several stores. It is a proper Italian neighborhood though it is a 15-minute walk to downtown Florence, but we didn’t want to be near all the tourists so this place was perfect. The hosts were also nice and helped return some items to us that we left in the apartment. Thank you!
