The room was sparkling clean, the bed was super comfy. The kitchenette had everything we needed for our stay (bonus points for the espresso machine, it helped us start the day better). Even though we did not use it, we appreciated the fact we there was a wine decanter. Good location, friendly host.

Very cute property. All amenities were provided. Very neat and clean. Had lots of rooms but still very quiet. Felt like walking into an art gallery as it was very well decorated. Loved the location. Loved the ambiance.

The breakfast was really good, excellent capuccino, fresh baked cakes, varied cereals, yogurt and fruit. The location was excellent, superb. Riccardo gave us some recommendations to eat out and to visit that made our trip unforgettable. He even booked for us in two restaurants. He advised us to buy in advanced the train tickets to Bologna, and he was right.
