The reception, Mr. Osama was very nice & helpful

The reception staff were extremely helpful and friendly and gave us a free upgrade and helped us with booking our driver to the airport and even with our luggage to the car. The driver to the airport was also extremely professional and the car was great!

The location is fabulous. Both for walking and taking the Metro. The breakfast is good and the staff are helpful and kind. The kingsize bed was a surprise for Europe.

The location is very convenient. The facilities are renovated and satisfactory- cleaniless level is very good. The staff are very polite and helpful at all times. I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely book again.

Friendly and very accommodating staff, clean facilities, complete amenities in the room. We went during the Christmas holiday so they gave us free breakfasts and refreshments inside the minibar. They also gave us free cookies inside our room.

The hotel seems to be recently renovated. It’s very nice, modern and clean. The room for four was perfect. The staff is very helpful. We also loved the location.

Very client oriented which gave a very good first impression. And then the rooms was very spacious and had everything we needed. I liked the fact that the entrance is not open to everyone, you have to get access which makes it a lot safer.

Everything! The staff are really nice and approachable. If you need something they’ll provide it if they can. The room is clean, They have shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel separated in each bottle. The bed is comfy and has a beautiful view.

This is the best hotel we ever stayed in Milan: clean, friendly staff, Luigi at the reception was guest, breakfast, food for dinner at the bar... everything was 10 of 10!
