It starts with a friendly atmosphere, where one feels supported and assisted in all aspects by the reception team, even before you get to the hotel. For example, when i arrived at Roma airport the train was on strike, and the hotel team was keeping me informed of possible alternatives to reach the city through whatsapp messages. Plus, the team is very fluent in english. The place is very clean, regular , impeccable room service everyday. The room is very good. With all needed. The small "dining" place is very useful too, with a good choice of snacks including fruits , coffee.... very good for those on the run. The hotel is well placed and at very short distance from public transportation lines and good dining places as well. The neigjborhood is very nice.

La Ville Art Noveau Hotel is a boutique hotel for a stay in the heart of the capital. There is a bar and an outdoor area. Everything was just perfect. Room, staff, breakfast, neighborhood...wonderful and exceptional.
