The staff was great and helpful, they provide us with the best route to cover all key points in Rome. Communication was excellent at any time. Close to a lot of places a few minutes walking and the metro a few steps away as well.

The location was PERFECT!! We were just a few minutes walk from all the major attractions in Rome! The room was clean and comfortable and our view was fantastic! Rooftop bar nice also! I love the location, hospitality and it has its own air conditioning unit inside the room. It is clean and spacious. The hotel is just beside Harry’s Bar hotel. Easy to find and around 2 minutes walk to Trevi Fountain. The staffs are so kind particularly Lorenzo and when we arrive it’s around 10:30am and they already gave us a room which is wonderful since we had very early flight that day. We were able to rest first before we tour Roma. Thank you very much.

Service is truly exceptional. All staff were very kind and attentive. The sauna experience was 10/10 and so was the restaurant (and especially the waiters). I really liked the interior design. All the materials were high quality, brand new with good finishes and attention to detail. The staircase was my favorite part of the property. Location was great!
