Upon arrival I thought it was maybe overrated, but the staff and service were absolutely exceptional, the location was perfect, and while the beds don't have big fluffy duvets and pillows like I expect in Canada they were very comfortable and satisfied all three of us. Breakfast was also more than fair. I can't say enough about the staff though, they brought us our breakfast the night before so we could eat before leaving at 7, as well as cappuccino's at 6:30am, Booked us tickets to the Parthenon as the museum sights are only in Italian and not only booked us a cab but also came downstairs to the street to make sure we received our cab and the correct one. Phenomenal hospitality!

Location was excellent, cleaning was on spot (they redid our room every morning and changed bathroom supplies everyday). The place was quite, even though there were construction work taking place right on Piazza Venezia. Anyways, just in case, they provided us with earplugs. The host gave us also some very good tips on restaurants and places to enjoy a nice aperitif. Also was always very responsive to all the questions we had during our staying and assisted us from the beginning of our trip until the end. Well done!

The room was very spacious and clean. The staff and the owner of the suites were very kind and helpful with us; they helped us with our transportation and places we would like to visit in Rome. The suites are in the heart of Rome, at the most popular streets! It was very convenient for us and nearby was the Train station and made our life so easy. We really enjoyed our stay.... Staff was exceptional in accommodating every request and fixing some issues that were out of their control, yet afflicted a bit our staying. Locations was 10/10, right in Via del Corso, close to the most influential monuments in Rome. Room was good enough, perhaps a bit on the smaller side for two people. Despite being on via del corso, the soundproofing was excellent.

The apartment is located at the beginning of Via del Corso, opposite Venice Square and close to all the main sites. Very good level of cleanliness. I recommend a balcony facing the street - although there is noise when the windows are closed, there is good insulation. Excellent air conditioning. For those with mobility difficulties, there are 3 steps to the elevator, which works great. Lovely staff - available on WhatsApp and provides an immediate response to any inquiry, especially Martina and Monica, the best service you can get.
