Everything was perfect, the room was absolutely clean, bed and pillow comfortable, bathroom clean with all necesities. The staff -really helpful and so polite-the lady and two gentleman from reception give response to each question which occurs and always have solution. The two cleaning ladies are doing perfectly their work, polite and accurate. Definitely enjoyed my stay and highly reccomend!

Very nice and quiet location, staff was super polite and helpful.

This hotel was absolutely fantastic! We loved the amenities, size of the room, balcony, friendly staff, wonderful welcome drink and cleanliness. The gym is small but has everything you need (two treadmills, a bike, weights, etc.) Really enjoyed the entire experience.

Location is fantastic. The breakfast was so good. Personal is so nice

Albani Hotel is always my preferred choice when I stay in Rome. It has a very good location, close to my office, and the hotel is well maintained, comfortable and welcoming. The staff is always very kind, professional and helpful. I have stayed here several times and consistently had a very pleasant experience. Definitely a hotel I am happy to return to.

All members of staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was very quiet and peaceful. Modern tv with YouTube and Netflix. Good WiFi. Shower and bathroom were exceptional. Lots of options at breakfast and food was nice. Amazing cafes and bakeries on the same street.

An unforgettable time in the Eternal City! A very nice hotel with an excellent location, helpful staff, and a clean, comfortable atmosphere. I would like to give special mention to Radik, who was always positive and ready to assist with everything

Amazing hotel. Great location not too far from the main station. Berverlie on reception was outstanding and couldn't have been more helpful. Hotel sent whatsapp message the day before check in to see if we had any queries while staying at the hotel and were only too happy to recommend things to do and places to eat. Rooms were also available for early check in. Underground station less than 5 min walk from the hotel brings you to lots of tourist sites. Supermarket at the end of the road the hotel is on. Room in pictures look exactly like the rooms you get. Beverlie on reception was the most helpful receptionist I've ever dealt with and was more than happy to ring up a small neighborhood restaurant for us and book us a table. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel and will be my go to hotel whenever I visit Rome in the future.

Hotel is very good for families. We like walking, and you can walk Trevi Fountain in 20 minutes. If you dont like walking, metro station is 15 minutes walking distance. Bus stops are just a hundred meters away.

It’s kept an old world charm and is located in a very posh and central area. The staff is warm and friendly and extremely courteous.

Great design, facilities, location. Quick replies on WhatsApp from the host. It was perfect!

They have Filipina accountant❤️

It was a lovely quiet location, very clean and comfy bed

The stuff was very friendly and helpful, especially mister Simone! We really appreciated the free upgrade of our room. It was a very pleasant and unexpected surprise.

The staff was welcoming, the room was clean, comfortable with good air conditioning, had all the necessaries, the iron and iron board really came in handy. The location was close to bus stations and 12 mins walking distance from the metro. Over all, we really enjoyed our stay here.

The hotel premises and the staff were very kind, and the services were excellent.

Nice location, friendly staff, very clean

The hotel was perfect—just a short walk from Roma Termini, set in a beautiful and safe neighborhood. The area offered plenty of restaurants and sights to explore, yet it was quiet at night, and I always felt secure. The hotel itself had a charming boutique atmosphere, with everything you need for a comfortable and uncomplicated stay.

The hotel was away from the main tourist sites, and only a 15 min walk to the nearest tourist site (Trevi Fountain). Plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby, so you didn't have to travel to far after a long day of walking. A local supermarket, open 24hrs right on the doorstep. The hotel staff were amazing, we arrived as strangers and left feeling like family. They went out of their way to help us with our travel back to the airport, due to public transport and taxi strikes. Katerina, Paula and Serena were so friendly, who adjusted and supported our language barrier issues, and generally made our stay feel safe and comfortable.

Everything, from the location to the quaint old fashioned lift to the balcony views of Rome. Awsome spot. The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel meets Rome. Perfect
