Astonishing property, it is really a little paradise. Super warm host, helpful and available. Secure parking is in the garden, you can really easy get to Anagnina station by the bus, and then on the metro. You cannot purchase bus tickets on the bus, so we got free ride to Anagnina Metro station. Viva Italia

Very clean and spacious apartment. The host is extremely nice person: she helped a lot with leaving bike after check out time and collecting it later, and extremely polite. The shower was very warm and nice. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking. Big fridge, free bottled water (including also sparkling one). There is also tea and coffee for all the days. Most importantly there was a coffee machine. Washing machine and the host provided the liquid and all the stuff for drying. I was positively impressed by hospitality! For this little price there was also breakfast, every day deep clean, nice garden. Highly recommend!

Gorgeous property with a well-established garden that makes it such a beautiful setting for meals! The building gives off authentic Italian home vibes - everything inside made us feel like we stepped into a movie set in Italy! The best thing about it was the staff and the FOOD!! Homemade, authentic, just incredible! Their mushroom pasta was the most delicious dish we had in Italy on our trip.

Very friendly host. Clean room and bathroom. Quiet neighborhood. Good food and grocery stores at walking distance. Close to Castel Gandolfo lake and sightseeing. Great place to stay if coming by car. Parking inside the premises. On the down side, WiFi was not very reliable.

We need a car.

We need a car. The towns, sites and restaurants were excellent. We loved staying at the Tenuta Cusamano. We enjoyed touring the nature/archaelogical site of Tuscolum over the weekend when the ruins are open to the public. we did not see another American in 5 days.

Grottaferrata is a very small town.

Grottaferrata is a very small town. I was there for work but I had time to walk around and see a bit. There is the Monastery of Santa Maria that dates back to 1024 with a beautiful church inside that is worth a visit. There is a museum but it was closed when I visited. I thought I would have a harder time finding parking but it wasn't too bad. For a great meal try La Casina del Buon Gusto. The chef's specialty was buonissimo and the prices are excellent. Avoid the Ristorante da Leo. Overpriced and not very good. There is a Fresco Market grocery store within walking distance of the downtown area which has just about everything, including American Hershey's for some reason!

Maurizio Cusmano was an exceptional host, he was helpful with everything we could have wished for. We had nice conversations about everything between heaven and earth. The location and view from the hotel were absolutely fantastic, the pool area was cozy and the breakfast was superb. My partner and I will definitely come back to this wonderful place.

Loved the style and the ambience of the hotel and gardens . The room was extremely comfortable and there was no noise (considering there was a wedding happening during our stay - I was amazed) It was superb - the pool was a lovely bonus, as was the free shuttle ride into Frascati and back.

Such a beautiful place to stay! The facilities are second to none and the rooms are spacious. There is everything that you need in the mini villas and a private outside space. The hotel is set up like villas rather than a hotel, so just something to bear in mind.
