After the wilds of walking around and experiencing Carnevale, it was nice to kick back my feet in a quiet part of town. The bed was so comfortable, and I absolutely loved sitting in the living room with some of the windows open. There are a couple of grocery stores nearby so it makes cooking your own meal in the kitchen really nice.
Security takes a bit to get used to, but you find it's pretty nice not having to worry about keys! (Tip: be sure to have a phone or app that handles Italian numbers!)

Lovely house with patio and very tastefully decorated rooms with all facilities. Our junior suite had a kitchen, and two bathrooms with Japanese toilets. Kate was very friendly and catered to all our needs including setting up a boat trip with her son.

The hostess was amazing. The apartment was comfortable and clean. The hostess understands traveling. If you forgot your phone charger. They have one. Didn't remember your plug converter. No problem. It's things like this that many hosts forget. Beatrice made it feel like you were staying in a friend of yours flat. And that is rare.

Everything from arrival to departure is carefully and intricately designed. The receptionists can speak multiple languages and are very hospitable. Love the check in and check out process. Although the tap water is potable, but I love the refill station on the first floor. They have a cozy backyard that allows guests to be one with nature amidst the island and canal jungle Venezia.
