Location was perfect in the heart of Amman

The hotel is by far the best I experienced in Amman. Everything was exceptional from the rooms to the facilities. Issa at the front desk was great as well as Hana at the SPA . The chef Mohammad and all the waiters and waitresses at the restaurant were amazing. The breakfast buffet is also diverse and very good.

I’m a very detail-oriented person, and from the moment I arrived at the hotel, I was impressed. At the reception, I met a gentleman named Ehab who took my comments seriously and provided me with the perfect suite. He even took out a map to explain the city to me and made sure the housekeeping team brought the right pillows to ensure my comfort. This level of care and professionalism made it clear to me that the hotel is managed with excellence and integrity. My stay was truly pleasant — the entire staff was welcoming, attentive, and responsive to any unexpected needs a guest might have. I thank them all from the heart. It was a delightful stay, and I genuinely look forward to returning. I wish them continued health and prosperity.

Very familiar place, you feel welcomed for the first moment till the end Rooms are great, very spacious ( King Deluxe room 34 square meters), you have all toleitries in your bathroom Breakfast is rich and tastefull We recomend this hotel to all who are visiting Amman

The hotel has everything you could want and is incredibly well designed and well kept. The rooms are quite large and the beds are wonderful. The staff is excellent and were always able and willing to help us. There are plenty of food options at the hotel and the breakfast is superb.

An excellent value for money. The hotel is super clean. Stuff are so nice, helpful and welcoming. Local breakfast, good quality. And more importantly, good location: secure and not far from all the attractions. Good isolation. We sleep like babies even though the hotel is on the main street

It was my birthday that day and I received a birthday cake organized by the reception Abdallah. It was a very beautiful and nice gesture and I want to thank him for the exceptional customer service.

The facility was very clean, comfortable and homey. The staff were exceptional and very accommodating and more, never had such an experience from any other hotel. I’d like to give a special thanks to Suhaib who was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to help you with anything you needed.

Very nice hotel and fabulous friendly staff, feel like at home. Very good price when compare with facilities and leisure, comfortable place. Ms. Nancy in Guest relation was very helpful and friendly , she gave us more brilliant advice and information in related to our stay in the hotel as well as our trip plan in Amman. Everything was beyond my expectations. I was especially impressed by the extraordinarily attentive and friendly gentleman Saamir, who made our breakfast so enjoyable and never failed to go the extra mile.

We were very pleasantly surprised. The room was wonderful and very spacious. The indoor pool was warm and the view from the outdoor pool was magnificent. Also the receptionists were extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel has many options for places to eat and drink and it was very well equipped.

The location is very close to the JETTbus station and the nearby Mall, Very convinient
