My first experience at a ryokan and it absolutely exceeded my expectations. They have onsite private onsens (around $5/person) and a 'public' (gender separated) onsen. Both look out upon the bay and are incredibly relaxing and beautiful. The room itself was a splurge and wonderful. The room with tatami mats smell great with a light wood-smell and the futon beds were incredibly comfy. The staff was really nice and helpful and the room was filled with goodies like nice robes, crackers, and tea. I don't know about the onsite food or massage options.

The host was amazingly friendly and not only made us breakfast and dinner but also did laundry for us. It was truly fantastic to spend some time with her and her dog and she could also explain and guide us about local attractions. If you have the opportunity to make a stop in Kasai don't hesitate to stay here.
