At the time of our reservation it had no reviews and I was worried about getting scammed, but I researched the hotel on social media and Google maps, and it turned out to be a real deal, fortunately! The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Amenities were free to take at the reception. We booked a semi-double bed and it was just the right size for me and my boyfriend, but I recommend getting a bigger bed for people who need more space. The room is the standard Japanese business hotel size - you will not feel restricted if you have a carry-on, but opening a big suitcase can be tricky. The bathroom is also the typical Japanese unit bathroom size, toilet and shower in the same space. Everything was very clean. There is a sitting space with electricity plugs near the reception. Also, there's a convenience store on the way to the train station.

The room was spacious, clean and well equipped, the staff were polite, helpful and attentive at their jobs. Perfectly placed with train, bus and taxi close, lots of shopping around the hotel including convenience stores and restaurants.
