Staffs are super friendly. Room is clean and cozy. There are free beverages and ice creams. Shuttle bus is convenient, and if you don't have Japanese phone card, use WhatsApp or Line to connect to the hotel. Onsen is good and easy to reserve. Use indoor onsens if you hate bugs ;p.

Kaiseki dinner was great. Pricey, but it was an experience. Rooms were amply sized and clean and comfortable. Onsen was a little on the small size, but it was nice to soak in the two different hot springs.

The room is spacious. It is well-designed for modern living in an old traditional Japanese house. Futon is comfortable. Quality of amenities are really good. Location is perfect. The road is quiet at night and early morning before the tourist arrives.
Staffs are nice and accommodating.
