This hotel offers a peaceful ambiance and boasts beautiful decorations. The onsen is delightful, and the staff members are incredibly helpful. Even though some of them may not speak English fluently, they utilize translation devices to provide valuable information regarding baggage transportation. Furthermore, when my mother accidentally left her trousers in the room, the staff promptly packed them in a lovely manner and provided excellent service. Highly recommend this reasonably priced hotel in Kyoto.

This hotel is in a great location, super close to the center of Kyoto, 5mins walk from the nearest station, convenience stores around. I got the buffet breakfast package for my stay and food was amazing! All the staff were all super friendly, professional and helpful. The extra free public amenities also greatly added to the whole experience. I would highly recommend staying here and would absolutely stay again!

Check in and check out system, seamless. Staff were all attentive and helpful.
Ryokan room, superb! Aside from the view which was the parking lot, we enjoyed our stay. Comfortable bed and clean bathroom.
Public bath & massage chairs, expect high volume of people regardless of the time 😅 highly suggest to add more massage chairs. We loved the free after-bath ice cream and yogurt 🥰
