Kyoto, Shimogyo Semti noktasındaki oteller

Kyoto Station'a 5dk yürüme mesafesinde, çok yakın. Odalar temizdi, her gün yeni havlu verildi.

Check-in/out çok hızlı ve sorunsuzdu.

Tekrar geldigimde yine ayni otelde kalmayi dusunuyorum.

Great location, rooms are good for only 2 person we booked another room for our kids. I will choose the same hotel next time.

... merkezi konum, mükemmel tesis

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and were genuinely very satisfied with our experience. Compared with many other hotels we stayed at in Japan, including Kyoto, the rooms here were exceptionally spacious. The beds were large and extremely comfortable, which made our stay very relaxing. The hotel is clearly designed with guests’ comfort in mind. Even small details, such as providing charging cables for mobile phones in the room, showed great attention to customer needs. The location is excellent and very convenient for transportation, as the hotel is situated in the center of Kyoto. All of the staff were friendly, welcoming, and spoke sufficient English. We would especially like to thank the English-speaking lady at the reception (unfortunately we do not remember her name), who was incredibly helpful with arranging our luggage shipment and assisting us with our room. Overall, we were extremely happy with our stay and would absolutely recommend this hotel without hesitation. For us, it deserves a perfect 10 out of 10.

Fiyat Performans olarak gayet iyiydi. Temiz ve güvenilir. Check-out sonrası bavullarımızi güvenle muhafaza ettiler.

Çok çok temiz ve konforluydu.

Güvenli aşırı merkezi resmen istasyonun içinde

Thank You for Turning Our Worst Day into Our Most Beautiful Memory Dear Sir or Madam, Although some time has passed since our trip to Japan, the memories we made are still as vivid as if they happened yesterday. What made our journey truly unforgettable was not only the breathtaking beauty of Japan, but also the extraordinary kindness, honesty, and compassion we experienced from its people. On the very first day of our visit, shortly after arriving in Osaka, our family realized that we had lost all three of our passports. We were devastated. Within just a few hours of arriving, we believed our dream vacation had come to an end before it had even begun. But from that very moment, we witnessed exactly why Japan is admired and respected around the world. From the first moments of this difficult experience, the wonderful team at Cross Hotel Osaka stood beside us with incredible patience, warmth, and genuine care. You were far more than hotel staff—you stood beside us like family. You guided us through every step, followed the situation with sincere concern, and gave us the reassurance we desperately needed. We are equally grateful to the Osaka Police, whose professionalism, kindness, and dedication gave us hope during one of the most stressful moments of our lives. Their calm, respectful, and compassionate approach is something our family will never forget. Several days later, what happened felt nothing short of a miracle. Our passports were found and safely transported across the country without a single scratch, and they were returned to us at Daiwa Roynet Hotel Kyoto Shijo Karasuma. The moment we held them in our hands again is one that will stay with our family forever.
