Had a wonderful stay in this hotel. The staff were all very nice. We had to extend our stay for one more day and the staff accommodated our request though it was last minute. The room was bigger than your usual Japanese hotel but was still comfortable and clean. Everything was perfect. The hotel has a coffee machine, laundry area and a lounge area. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

Spacious rooms for Japan standards! It is in a quiet/non busy area which we appreciated. There were free amenities and drinks in the lobby, they even served free flowing wine on Christmas Day. 7Eleven, Family Mart, Lawson, and Sukiya were all within walking distance. We likewise walked around 15-20mins to Shinsaibashi and Dotonbori, enjoyed the leisurely stroll. Easy to call for taxi or Uber in front of hotel.

The staff was the highlight of the hotel. Always smiling and very helpful. We were taking the airport shuttle, whose pickup point was 15 15-minute walk from the hotel. The lady helping us with the checkout told us that the hotel would drop us off at the shuttle pickup location, and then followed up by accompanying us to the bus stop, guiding us through the maze of ticket vending machines, ATMs, and the bus boarding point. Without her help, we would have surely taken 20-30 minutes more. I was pleasantly shocked at this fantastic service.
And besides this, the daily housekeeping was spot on, free coffee and other drinks in the lobby, laundromat (better than the one at Sheraton Grande), spacious rooms, a 65inch 4k TV in the room, the massage chairs which we used daily after our tiring days and just 4-5 mins walk to dotonbori street.
I would surely stay here again.

The room was big and clean. Everything you need was all provided. The customer service was really exceptional and they go above and beyond with all our inquiries and request. Timely answer for our questions was something commendable. The place is strategically located to subway stations, restaurant and convenient store (7-elevn). This property is good for family, we were all 6 and the room was big. Beds are all double bed which made it more comfortable for all of us.
