Everything was great. The walk to Tokyo Station is pretty flat and easy. A cab ride there for 3 with 3 big bags was $20. The staff called for us.
There's a Family Mart right next door and a 711 across the street. There are also a few different restaurants and a grocery store. Also a robot café that we didn't get to visit.

Super love the place. Even though the hotel dnt serve breakfast, there is a nearby cafe , lawson & 711 to go to. Super close to a train station. The room is big enough for group of six . Enough space to open luggage. The bathroom & bathtub is nice. Super clean . I will definitely book it again.

Hotel location is five minutes from Tokyo Station by taxi ($6-$7). Our room and the common areas were spotless. The breakfast included three different soups and eight varieties of musabi. Staff helped us call a taxi to the hotel. An excellent value at $107 per night.
