Everything about this hotel was perfect. I had been searching for long for a nice play for my mother to stay on her visit to Kuwait, and this place definitely was the best choice I could have ever done. Not only because the room was very calm, 100% quiet, spacious and neat clean, but also ALL the staff was exceptionally friendly and professional, always trying to ensure that my mother was having the best experience possible. All of them were highly responsive to any request we may have. In addition, upon arrival, they upgraded my mother to a suite in the higher floors with spectacular views over the sea and Shaheed Park, and they offered her a complementary late check out at 17h with no extra charges, since her flight was late in the night. They simply said “we like our guests to be happy”. Overall, this cute and cozy hotel offers a genuine and welcoming vibe that makes you feel like home. They do master the art of hospitality as I haven’t seen in a long time. Well done! I would definitely keep the Swiss Belinn Sharq as my hotel of reference for future visitors in Kuwait.
