All was good and i got an upgrade, what i liked free parking, balcony, room size. Also the flexibility of early check in and late check out was great. they gave me relax time.

I stayed in three different rooms over my two week stay. Each of them were clean and beautifully renovated. I can definitely recommend the jacuzzi in the Beverly suite! The location is perfect. BUT the best thing about the hotel is the staff. Helpful, friendly, professional. I will be staying here again!

Stayed 8 nights in the executive suite, very comfortable and quiet. Staff were helpful and friendly, check-in was smooth. Location is good, close to shops and easy to get around. Room was clean and had everything we needed. Would stay here again.

Friendly staff. Jack the manager helped us with everything and went above and beyond. The rooms were comfortable, pretty and well attended. Great breakfast and pizza in the restaurant and bar. Lively bar with welcoming staff. Felt like a home away from home. Close to may shops and restaurants in a lively neighborhood. Would go back in a heartbeat.

The staff provided excellent service and went out of there way to help book other accommodations throughout my visit to different locations in Lebanon. The location is good, close to nice restaurants and 10-15 min walk to the National Museum and downtown.

The location is perfect and near to everything.. also the hospitality was great and the staff were friendly .. the breakfast is traditional Lebanese and so delicious.. an amazing experiance with all the details.
