We have stayed at this apartment over past few years many times, I have already lost the count, but I have already booked another stay. Every single time where we have a need to spend the night at the city we choose this apartment if it is available. The price/performance ratio is unbeatable. Even though it is a bit away from the city center, it serves our needs perfectly as everything is reachable by taxi or by walking. Small grocery shop is nearby and also many places where to grab a bite. The host is always pleasant, getting the keys always easy, the parking spot is safe and easy to navigate. The apartment is big, cozy, warm and clean!

We LOVED EVERYTHING at this accommodation. The studio was sparkling clean, the bed and the pillows were very comfortable, and the kitchenette was very well equipped. We had everything we needed for our 7 nights stay. The internet is not the best, but it's fast enough to do your work or for online streaming. Cherry is AMAZING, very friendly, and very helpful. She helped us with everything we needed, and she replied instantly to our messages. We recommend this accommodation and for sure we will choose it again. The city center is about 20 min walk, the railway and bus stations are 40 min walk. Or you can use Bolt or Bolt Drive to go everywhere. The bus from the airport is dropping you at the bus and railway stations.

Most beautiful appartment for rent! Tastefully renovated art deco house. Kids were thrilled by the swing in living room. Very good value for money for a large group (we were two families). Old town within walking distance.

The price of 62€ is over avarage for basic 1-room apartment in Riga, but when you will get there you can understand why. It was really well equipied, very clean and warm, the area is silent, the host was really nice lady who reacted very quick on my check-in despite that I booked it lately right before my arrival. It was 4th floor without the elevator, but domophone was working, so you don’t need to go down if you order food. Thank you very much for your service.

The owner has thought of everything, it's the best equipped apartment we've ever stayed in. The property is located 7 minutes walk from the railway station. Public transport stops are very close, with a good selection of mini markets, coffee shops and restaurants within minutes. The apartment is on the 5th floor serviced by a lift, it backs on to a car park. We found it quiet at night even with the windows open. It has air conditioning, if needed. There's also a washer/dryer, an airer and in the bathroom there's a heated towel rail. We arrived in Riga at 11am and the owner kindly allowed us to check in early, he was very responsive to messages.
