The location is excellent, just outside the old Medina , but 5 min walking will be in heart of it . Nour Eldin is exceptional person , upgrade my room to city view room without extra Moeny , provide excellent recommendations for restaurants . The room and everything was excellent. The breakfast was great . Highly recommended for stay .

Ahmed was extraordinary: we were super late due to a 3h delay of the ferry from Italy and, despite being beyond the check-in time, he waited us till 2am. He also provided all touristic information to visit the city. We recommend this place!

I absolutely loved everything about this place. Hicham welcomed us and made us feel home. He provided excellent information and was genuinely friendly. The breakfast was delicious, and the gentleman serving it was very friendly. I wish we had booked for more nights. I definitely recommend this place.

The staff are amazingly hospitable. The room is spacious and clean. Breakfast was brought up to our room every morning and was delicious. Free green Moroccan tea all day till 10pm. Their roof terrace has an amazing view. Everything you need is at a walking distance.
