The hotel was clean and tidy. My room was large with necessary facilities like fridge, microwave, laundry machine. Water was refillable at the Lift area The bed was very comfortable Unfortunately I didn't take a dive in the pool...which looked so clean and pristine. The receptionist, Htet as well, Phyo, the manager were very helpful. The receptionist assisted me in making telephone calls to my spa...as I didn't have a local Simcard, neither could I speak Burmese. The lady manager also allowed my late checkout. My appreciation to the nice room service guys from the bar. All in all, everyone was friendly and great in their service.

The room they allocated me was on the first floor which was excellent. I could exercise walking up and down daily. Good internet connection. Staff are attentive. The cleaner changed new towels everyday. Wonderfully laid out room design with plenty electric sockets.
