The reception team are lovely and super helpful. Whether is showing you where to change cash, eat or grab local transport, they were always willing to help. The breakfast as well was fantastic and I wish they served lunch and dinner too!

Staff were courteous Good location next to beach and mall. Mix of everything. I missed my earbuds while checking out. The hotel staff could trace it and hand it over to me at the airport. Felt nice.

Did not take breakfast option as it was too expensive as all we wanted was coffee (which we had in the room) and a light pastry or toast…….went across to Gate Mall. Coffee pods in the room were good. Did use room service and that was fairly quick and well presented and tasty. The reception staff were very good, as were the managers Omar and (sorry forget….Ashraf?). The concierge Fred, was extremely helpful with lots of good advice. So was Pavan who helped us move rooms in the early hours of the morning. Would definitely return here.

It’s a very good facilitator and worth the price as well.
