We got one of the suites at the top, which was quite spacious with two rooms and 2 beds. the toilet was enclosed in a separate space than the bathroom that allowed us to share the room more efficiently amongst different people. The unit was clean, and even had small sink and living area. bike rentals were available just downstairs

Nice rooms, very comfortable beds, good pillows. The staff was super helpful and friendly, the food was good. Overall a very nice place if you don't mind being a bit far from the center, would recommend!

The self check-in was fabulous. The view was nice over the city and train tracks. The room was super quiet and I couldn't hear anything from other rooms. The bed was comfortable, and the TV had Netflix. The hotel had a laundry room on the ground floor, which was very handy.

Charming little hotel at a convenient location. Even though I arrived in the middle of the night and the hotel doesn't offer 24/7 reception facilities, the owner welcomed me and did everything to sort a little problem out. highly recommended.

First, I have been hosted wonderfully by Johanna, the room was clean and tidy and the balcony with the heater was very useful. It was the best location for me to stay in Utrecht. Everywhere including the city center was only a short walking distance. Also Johanna has prepared my breakfast as I ordered every morning on time. I would definitely stay there if available for the next time.

Beautifully decorated and designed cottage. We were very comfortable. The cleanest of all the places we stayed on our trip. Amber was super helpful and delight.
