It really was cosy, our host Andrea made us feel very welcome and helped out with local information. I needed to make a small repair of some clothing and she found me a sewing set to use.

Hotel St Clair is located just 10 minutes’ drive from central Dunedin. Rooms include flat-screen satellite TV, private bathroom with under-floor heating and views of St Clair Beach.

Perfect for larger families. With a king bed and four single beds split amongst three bedrooms, splitting up the kids becomes easy. Great value. Close to the beach and a cluster of restaurants. Clean and full of all the things you'd expect of a house this size. Just a short drive from central Dunedin. We only stayed a night so weren't able to make much use of all it offers, but this would be a awesome option for longer stays and one we'll certainly make use of.

The pr the property was clean, comma very comfortable, spacious and welcoming. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was fully equipped. The location is ideal, a block from the beach and some very good restaurants and coffee, shops, yet close to the CBD of Dunedin, surf, hikes and interesting sites.The communication prior to our stay was seamless and check in and out was easy. Breakfast was good, nice range of cereals and milk provided. Kids ate all the biscuits... House was clean, modernized, plenty of heating, nice kitchen and bathroom. Easy parking space and the owner was lovely.
