Lovely private easy access accommodation in a pretty garden. Clean, tasteful room and ensuite with top quality bedding and linen. No TV but I enjoyed the current magazines provided!

The pr the property was clean, comma very comfortable, spacious and welcoming. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was fully equipped. The location is ideal, a block from the beach and some very good restaurants and coffee, shops, yet close to the CBD of Dunedin, surf, hikes and interesting sites.The communication prior to our stay was seamless and check in and out was easy. Would highly recommend.! Thank you.

Breakfast was good, nice range of cereals and milk provided.
Kids ate all the biscuits...
House was clean, modernized, plenty of heating, nice kitchen and bathroom.
Easy parking space and the owner was lovely.

Super super clean and modern, the beds were very comfortable and having a small kitchen area was great when holidaying with family. Also a short walk to town and shopping etc. Owners were friendly and helpful.
