A beautiful hotel with stunning design and genuinely warm, welcoming staff. We brought our dog along, and he loved it too, the staff went above and beyond to make him feel welcome.

The location is excellent for the traveler who wants to visit the old town and the modern city as well. The breakfast was very nice with options for a small child. The room was very spacious and the reception had space for small children. Generally the hotel is ideal for a family with a small child who wants to visit Krakow for a couple of days.

The location was good and at a walking distance to Wawel Castle and Rynek Glowny. The breakfast met the expectation.

We stayed in this hotel two times. Don’t let exterior appearance deceive you, inside it’s new, modern and has solid 3 stars, which are close to 4! Wonderful breakfast with good variety of food, including amazing local food. Spacious rooms, comfy beds. You are literally in old town, 15mins walk from main train station and luggage storage is huge help in transits. It’s guarded. We definitely will be back.

Location is excellent right beside the train station and shopping centre and only a few mins walk from the main square. Hotel is basic but you get what you pay for. Staff were very helpful and friendly.
