The residence is approximately 15 minutes from the center of the old town. The rooms were extremely clean, and there was room cleaning and tiding every day. The breakfast was very satisfying and there were plenty of foods to choose. The staff was very kind and friendly. We forgot our car keys in the hotel and they were very helpful with the whole situation! We highly recommend it!!

The hotel is situated in the perfect location from all the top attractions such as Krakow old town which is only 5mins away by walk. The staff are great and friendly and also helpful and most of all they know english 😁 The breakfast is great aswell. Their bar and restaurant are open 24/7 which is amazing, the only one in krakow actually and most of all the food is GREAT! The hotel is posh and Lux and full of tech. 100% will go there when visiting Krakow.

Absolutely amazing location, such a lively neighbourhood with plenty of places to eat and very near the river. Also easy to walk everywhere including old town. The room was very big, bed was comfortable, the bathroom was good and everything was really clean. The mini fridge was really great to have. I would definitely recommend this accommodation, the price was fantastic for the accommodation.

My first visit to the hotel. A very nice receptionist named Urslula greeted me with a big smile and exceptional courtesy. The nice receptionist also upgraded my room at no extra charge and gave me delicious chocolate. The hotel is very clean and well-maintained. The room is large with a huge and very comfortable bed. The room service is excellent and the breakfast is rich, varied and very tasty. There is also a restaurant and a drinks bar with a wide menu. The staff at the hotel is very kind and attentive to guests' requests. The hotel's location is excellent, right next to the huge shopping mall and within walking distance to the central train station and the old city. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a high-class hotel in the city center. Thank you very much for the excellent service and kind attitude... I will be back again on my next visit ❤️🙏🏻
