One of the nicest Holiday Inns I've ever stayed at. The rooms are quite spacious, clean, and comfortable, with everything you need, including slippers, safe and iron. The breakfasts are good with a decent selection. The location is convenient. I'd like to highlight the friendly reception staff, who were very responsive and willing to help with any issue. Special thanks to Lilia, who was very helpful with urgent document printing.

I stayed at Warsaw for one week and had a truly wonderful experience. The staff were extremely friendly, attentive, and always ready to help – they really made me feel welcome.
Breakfast was excellent and much better than expected. It was fresh, tasty, and you couldn’t possibly try everything in one day!
The room was very comfortable, and housekeeping was offered daily. I also loved the modern water machine available for guests – a small detail, but very practical and convenient. The view from my window was also lovely and added to the comfort of my stay.
Overall, this hotel combines comfort, attentive service, great facilities, and a really good breakfast. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Warsaw.
