I really enjoyed my stay at the Gromada Hotel. Everything was excellent — a great hotel with very tasty and rich breakfasts, perfect location, polite and helpful staff, and reasonable prices. We had an early morning departure, and the hotel kindly prepared delicious lunch boxes for us to take with us. Everything was on time, clean, and well organized. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone!

The hotel room was very clean and cozy. The staff at the reception were very nice, welcoming, and accommodating when it came to our requests.

My mother, who is a senior, traveled to Warsaw to visit me and spent the night at the Mercure Warszawa Centrum. This is the second time I’ve booked this hotel for her, and once again, it didn’t disappoint. The location is great, with clean and comfortable rooms. But what truly stands out is the personal service. We really appreciated Julia for helping my mom with everything, from ordering taxis to ensuring she had everything she needed. This hotel is now our go-to choice when visiting Warsaw.

The accessibility room was perfect. There are a ton of facilities in the building and an underground parking lot. I traveled on crutches and I never even had to leave the building except to drive in and out for work. Extra AURA point for the scent in the elevators!

Everything was exactly as advertised promised. The front desk was accessible 24h and it was easy to communicate with staff, an amazing location – 3min walking time from the most busy city street that leads to the old city. There was a very comfortable mattress, even though I decided to stay in a small room. Wifi was smooth and a little work desk appeared to be very handy for handling my emails. It's highly recommended for solo travelers and small business owners.
