We stayed in a beautiful high ceiling-ed room with views of the park and used their wonderful spa every day. The breakfast is well worth the money because of the incredible amount of choice and quality. The location is perfect for the Christmas markets. What an amazing place.

I really like the staff. They are nice and very helpful. The hotel is clean and very cosy and I love their drinks available in the lobby: tea, coffee, hot chocolate, etc, free of charge.
We also received a free entrance to Krupa Art Foundation.
The location is amazing: very close to the Old Town, in a very calm neighborhood, with restaurants around and a very cosy book store/café..

Room is spacious, beds are comfortable, breakfast was great, old town square is less than 5 mins by walk from the hotel. We used the sauna in the hotel and it was private. Great value and friendly staff at the front desk:)
