Friendly and helpful staff. Good location if you want to stay in historic Alfama district. Nice bedding and towels. Exterior is old (historic) but nicely designed modern rooms with great AC!

It was a really great space! LOVED the skylight in the bedroom. I was also impressed by the service / housekeeping each day even though it was more of an apartment style stay. The hotel is located on a very quiet street so there was no noise disturbances at night or Morning. The location is perfect! In the heart of the historic district and the 28 Tram stop is right outside your door 💕
