High/Top service, Smart people . After we left during the Big blackuot Day april 28th, we had no chance to come back home and we returned to the hotel during the Big Blackout, they saved us allowing to stay other 4 days of extended holiday in Portugal. We arrived late, reception wasn't working. We contacted them on watsapp and they've sent the instructions to enter our room. That was very nice of them. The room was clean, fresh. Same as on pictures. Good location for sightseeing, many restaurants and shops.

Fantastic location for a family holiday. Near to the big sites in Belém and to transport connections to both the city centre and beach. UBER to central Lisbon cheap too. Nice spacious rooms, good beds and shower.
