If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. A beautiful, luxurious hotel done the way 5 stars should be. Lovely staff, all the best at hospitality, and the restaurant served an amazing breakfast. We will be back again and I highly recommend Altis Belem.

The location is perfect! 2-3 minutes walk from Jerónimos Monastery. Our room was clean, and the main bed was super comfortable! The host was also available all times and although our stay was short but it was sweet.

It was very easy to reach with public transport, and it’s a very clean and safe location near the water.

The decor was fantastic. Plush, well designed, very elegant. With Roman baths at the entrance! The breakfast was great, the staff were incredible! As we were checking out, they had packed us cookies and water! They also provided us with a wheelchair as soon as they saw we had an older person with us. Honestly, they were just amazing, friendly, smiley, helpful... I don't know how you could possibly ask for more?!
