We were early for check-in, so they suggested their restaurant where we had a marvelous lunch. As we were finishing, they came to show us to our room which had been upgraded to a larger riverview. Along the way thay gave us a tour of the facilities which included a fantastic spa which we used while it was pouring rain that afternoon. Great staff & beautiful Hotel.

Everything was impeccably clean, and the fresh, pleasant scent when we arrived made such a great first impression. It’s clear a lot of care goes into maintaining the space. The landlord/landlady was fantastic—warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Communication was smooth and easy from start to finish. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Belem yet still peaceful enough to relax. We could walk everywhere, which made our stay so convenient and enjoyable. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again—truly a 5-star experience all around!

Fantastic location for a family holiday. Near to the big sites in Belém and to transport connections to both the city centre and beach. UBER to central Lisbon cheap too. Nice spacious rooms, good beds and shower.

Location was perfect for my work trip and for a lovely evening walk by the water. Breakfast was excellent and I really appreciated the fresh pasteis de Belém, what a treat. Bed was super comfortable.
