Hotels in Campolide, Lisbon

Wonderful hotel which is, in our opinion, in an ideal location, relatively close to every part of Lisbon, and to the airport. Their shuttle service is also a very nice touch, but if you are in a hurry and aren’t too fond of public transportation, you can get to the city centre by Uber for literally 5€. Also, a thing that isn’t talked about here enough is its vicinity to the zoo, which is spectacular (it even has red pandas!). The pool area was nice, although a bit crowded at times, especially before closing, so we usually went around lunch time. The sunbathing area was also decent. The room service prices were tolerable and the food was pretty good and, most importantly, fresh. The guy taking the room service orders knew perfect English and was probably one of our favorite staff members, even though we haven’t seen him in person. We didn’t pay for breakfast because we like to sleep in, so we can’t help with that. We ate once at the Soul Garden and it offers a very nice atmosphere and the staff is super polite. The hotel has a beautiful lobby where we had the afternoon tea, which I would recommend to everyone. It is suprisingly inexpensive and offers a nice experience. As for the staff, the receptionists were alright, also the maids, although you could spot the difference between a maid that really does her best to clean the rooms and the one who doesn’t, but we understand, it’s a huge hotel and not everything can be perfect. The little chocolates every day are also a nice touch. We had a nice view from our room on the 13th floor, although it would probably be even better if we were more higher up, given the fact that we paid extra for a “panoramic view”, but the 13th was just enough to see past the neighboring buildings. The room was cozy, and it is great that even the standard rooms come with a seating area and a large table. The bathroom was spacious and the hotel shampoo was pretty good and could be used, unlike some other 5-stars hotels we went to.

It is a lovely hotel offering everything you need. The hotel is very comfortable, with good breakfast selection and lovely staff in the restaurant, reception, and especially cleaning staff (really kind). It is on the hill, so you have a lovely view over the city (having a room with the river view at least and higher floor).

The breakfast was delicious, the hotel is very clean, professional and kind staff at the front desk and bar and especially at the restaurant!! Hotel not too far from 2 metro stations.

The guys at the reception were very kind and helpful. The staff overall were attentive and friendly.

Great service, good location. Sound proofing, bed & blackout curtains!
