The staff here are excellent, they were always helpful and friendly and professional. The breakfast was great, lots of variety suiting different tastes/needs/peculiarities, and they also had a cool cheese and wine/mimosa room at breakfast, if your holiday leans in that direction. And it did. It was my wife's birthday and they gave us complementary chocolates and champagne, which helped our holiday lean even further in that direction. Location is excellent, right in the middle of it, but still quiet inside. Bed was super comfortable.

We had a perfect stay! The room was beautiful and unique, featuring a natural piece of rock integrated into the design — really special. The location couldn’t be better: right by the river, just a short walk to the city center and even close to a McDonald’s. Upon arrival, we received a lovely welcome gift of cookies and wine because of a supposed issue with the air conditioning (which we actually didn’t experience at all). Bruna was incredibly kind and helpful with everything — she made our stay even better.

The staff made our stay even more special. Everyone was extremely friendly and welcoming. We were always greeted with a smile and asked how we had slept or our day was going. The buffet for breakfast was extensive and extremely tasty. The hot food that was made to order was also well prepared and tasty. The room was comfortable and we always slept well. The overall design of the space was clean and modern and the space was used well throughout the room. The property is located in the heart of the old town. The Duoro is a short walk away but the area around the hotel is fairly quiet. Given its location, the Exmo also had the advantage of being a downhill walk at the end of most days or nights, which is a bonus in Porto.

Had an amazing experience. Very clean studio apartment. Easy access. Perfect location. Smooth check-in. You will be provided with access codes to the building and the apartment. Make sure to provide your information prior check in to the owner for a smooth check-in. Be aware that the area is a busy area so you will have hard time sleeping if you are a light sleeper. There is enough storage space for your luggage. There are restaurants, bars, and supermarkets close to the apartment.
