I loved the hotel everything about it was really amazing. The rooms are really nice and clean as well as the services they offer I tried the spa and I loved the massage. To be honest I loved everything about the hotel specially the staff attitude for house keeping and how kind and welcoming they are

Loved everything. I threw a private party there, Mr Iteb from the F&B was great, professional and very cooperative and made sure everything was easy for me, he cared about customer satisfaction, he surely deserves a bonus. As well as, Mr Mohammed Eid was very hard working, made sure up was to standard and perfectly suits the ritz Carlton culture, he’s amazing and deserves a bonus too. Miss Samar also was perfect, she went far and beyond she deserves to be the best employee of the year at the Ritz. Her service was perfect, fast and something I’ve never experienced in any other ritz hotels in Europe and she treated my party like it was hers. Thanks a lot to the great team at the F&B.
