The family who run the hotel and friendly and very helpful! The breakfast was nice and made to order. The location is great to walk to most places or get a grab easily. The pool was perfect after a long day of exploring! Definitely would recommend to and family or friends traveling to Chiang Mai.

Great and cozy place to stay within the old town walls. Very close to the liveliness of the city, but far enough to not notice a thing about it while you are inside. The pictures don’t do this place justice, as it’s more beautiful than you can see on the different sites to book. The staff is outright exceptional, extremely friendly, warm and always welcoming.

Where to start! This was our first stay in a 3-week trip through Thailand and Vietnam, and it was one of my favorite ones. The house is so homey and cozy, the rooms are very comfortable and clean. The location is very convenient, in the old town near shops, restaurants and temples. And the breakfast, wow! I felt so spoiled getting homemade thai breakfast every morning, it was delicious and very special.

The property was brand new and beautiful. The pool was a very clean saltwater pool with the perfect temperature. The room was well appointed and the bed and pillows were devine. It was located in a great area and the staff were excellent. I would highly recommend it.
