Lovely, picturesque setting. The reception is basically a nice outdoor garden. Positioned right in front of one of the beaches - also very close to the main street and the viewpoint. The rooms are cozy and clean. The staff were very helpful and accommodating.

Directly on the beach, Mama Beach Residence - Adults Only is located on Phi Phi Island. Rooms feature flat-screen TVs and balconies with views of the ocean or beach or garden.

The room I was in is spacious and clean (they clean your bed everyday so you get a fresh towel each day, the toilets is been clean daily as well), the aircon worked perfectly well. The had some products like shampoo and soup for everyone to use. Same with breakfast, you can easily make a toast and have a coffee looking at the nice view from the balcony. The stuff was very kind and helpful.

Wonderful stay with Leo and his family. Nice spot, friendly hosts and a nice pool. Loved that the property was quiet and outside the party zone whilst still easily accessible by foot. Would stay again

Very well structured, everything close but houses are not packed together, the sand quality in between houses is amazing, the beach and its amenities , the staff ,everything The little details were the most memorable I.e the picture the fruits, the mosquito spraying and also the Halloween party

Owners and staff were so amazing. They clean about 3 times a day. Good location- close to the pier, can barely hear the music from the beach. I extended my stay because I wanted to do another tour. I booked through them.

Everything is brand new. The water heaters for the showers are digital and work fantastically. Everything is tiled and clean. Brand new toilets for a brand new hostel. The beds are pods, giving incredible privacy. The mattress was comfortable. The best thing was the manager. He made me feel at home, offering me bread and cookies and coffee. Even when I felt uncomfortable because of sand from the beach, he said don't worry, it can be cleaned. There is hot and cold filtered water. Because of the structure of the pods, it's pretty isolated from outside noise, which is important on phi phi. The location is good, close to the centre but not in too crazy an area.
