A lovely hotel on a great part of the beach it was a 10 minute walk to the main strip which was great as you were far enough away from the hustle and bustle. The breakfast was good with a great variety of pastries. The room was large and with fantastic views of the beach and the mountain. The beds are huge and very comfortable. The rooms cleaned daily with frezh Beach towels every day and fresh water bottles daily.

The property is indeed up the hill but it is definetly not bad walking up and the view is stunning :) It is super clean, very quiet and fully equiped. The rooms are huge and beds comfortable. They have fresh water, ear buds, soups, coffee, body products, books and so on for free. They cleaned the bed and replaced the towel.

Our Zeavolian experience was an enchantment from the moment we arrived at the marina to take the boat towards the hotel. Everything at Zeavola was perfect and beyond any expectations we could have. Location is beautiful, hotel layout is splendid, rooms are peaceful and furnished with all the necessary & more, everything perfectly cleaned every day, breakfast is delicious, restaurant offers for all tastes and we loved everything we ate there, activity desk is open all day with a smile and offers flexible and really qualitative trips at a fair price, the massages are among the best we’ve ever had and the multiple little attentions were a cherry on the cake every day. Beyond the beauty of the hotel and the environment, it is the people who work there that make Zeavola one of a kind. The staff is incredibly kind and smiling, experienced, present without being oppressive and makes everything possible. My husband and I are fortunate to have been able to stay in beautiful places in Europe and several exotic places around the world, and Zeavola has been the most remarkable experience we have had so far. A huge thank you for that!

If your are looking for a quite and clean hostel right in the center of koh phi phi then I can only recommend this hostel. I really enjoyed my time there. The staff is awesome, they are very kind and helpful and you can easily book tours at the hostel. Probably the best hostel I've ever stayed in.

The staff is incredibly nice and helped us to book our tours for the stay. The room was very tidy and clean. There is one bathroom with a shower and an outside shower. The hostel is on a lively street but still outside of the main centre. It was still very loud though, Koh Phi Phi kind of feels like the Ballermann of Thailand. But overall the hostel is really nice and I can highly recommend it without any doubt. Super close to the Pier so if you have heavy luggage you don't have to walk far. Also, the beach is right around the corner. We really enjoyed our stay there.

Everything was perfect. The staff is super friendly and helpful, the room got cleaned every hour, beds are really comfy, bathroom with 2 shower-toilets huge enough and clean, Wifi works really well as well as air condition in the room. Everyday there were sweets, coffee, tea, water and toast for free, small n cute outside area to chill, own locker for each one in the dorm, curtains for privacy and lights/charger at the bed. Everything is brand new. The water heaters for the showers are digital and work fantastically. Everything is tiled and clean. Brand new toilets for a brand new hostel. The beds are pods, giving incredible privacy. The mattress was comfortable. The best thing was the manager. He made me feel at home, offering me bread and cookies and coffee. Even when I felt uncomfortable because of sand from the beach, he said don't worry, it can be cleaned. There is hot and cold filtered water. Because of the structure of the pods, it's pretty isolated from outside noise, which is important on phi phi. The location is good, close to the centre but not in too crazy an area.
