Perfect location, incredible beach with clear water, excellent restaurant and food with normal prices, big bungalow with a terrace almost right at the beach, friendly staff, they even welcome you personally with fresh juice, small minimarket with essentials in case you need something, also this hotel provides pick up and transfer service upon arrival/departure, you can book excursions right at the reception.. The location and the rooms were excellent. Since there is no transportation on Phi Phi Island, this hotel is located at the most convenient location on the Island, which is right in front of the Pier, making it very easy to commute from the pier to the hotel. Our overall stay was very good.

1. Staff at the hotel were so lovely and accommodating. We really appreciated that someone collected us from the pier and took our bags to the hotel. Upon departure, they also took us/our bags back down to the pier and showed us where to go as we were confused. The staff here were really lovely and so welcoming/helpful. We had an issue trying to load Netflix onto the tv and once contacted they sorted it straight away. 2. Room was a perfect size, lots of space for luggage. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the air conditioning was amazing. 3. Hotel is also in a great location, close to both beaches and pier. Lots of good bars and restaurants near by.

We stayed for two nights and we‘re more than happy. The rooms are unique and cosy. The whole place is decorated so lovely that you feel like being in a posh stylish bar/hotel in SEA in the 60s/70s. Warm and friendly staff will welcome you and make sure you have pleasant stay. The bar is great, too. Would have loved to stay for longer and will come back some day!

What an amazing experience! We were a bit afraid for some of the reviews were quite worrisome, however there is absolutely no justification for them based on our experience. To beging with we received every bit of information necessary for a safe and comfortable arrival. We were greeted in the most amazing way by the whole hotel staff, making us feel like real VIPs. The room was beautiful with atention to all the details with a beautiful bed with bug screen, closet, safety box, a small fridge with cold water, a fully stocked bathroom with a shower with a view, a balcony with sunbeds and a place to dry wet clothes, a small living room with chairs, coffee pot, etc. Of course we did find a few bugs in the room throughout our stay but this is a tropical island, made us wonder what people complaining of insects in the room were thinking when they booked a destination called "Natural Reserve". The food at the restaurants was excellent as were the drinks (try the Long Island it is to die for). Overall we had an amazing stay and we highly recommend the place. They have some rooms overlooking the sea with jacuzzi, but ours was not one of those. Try them and let us know your experience so we can book one of those next time! Thanks for a super wonderful stay.

Possibly one of the best hotels I have been and perfectly matches to my style. Elegant vibe, friendly staff, secluded location - you can reach only by boat, huge beach, and different in house services. Moreover, hotel has symbiosis with village behind the fence that provides local style services like boat rides, restaurants, massage etc. In addition you can do the walking to higest summit of Phi Phi that takes ~1,5h one direction. So, this hotel provides rare mix of elegant hedonism and local life. Excellent. Romantic. Cozy.

Beautiful, true to it's philosophy of simplicity and relaxation. We absolutely loved the cabins, they were stunning, comfortable and he service was always very friendly and the staff were always looking at how to make the stay more comfortable. Everything is thought through, from the transfer to the stay to entertainment. The food is amazing with a whole vegetarian menu with lots of options too. This is one to come back to.

Pool on the roof. Super location. Market and center very close. Breakfest with view on the sea. I recommended to use boat taxi to beatiful and clean Long Beach. It is only 10min by boat or 1hour walk near sea. Very nice guy help you with baggages through whole town becasue on phi phi there is no roads and cars.

Phi Phi Don has been ruined by tourists it is very overcrowded, lots of shops selling the same tat. Animal cruelty for a small group of meerkats looked up in a glass box in full sun all day, obviously trying desperately to scratch their way through the glass! The island itself is beautiful, but I wouldn’t come back, 2 nights was enough. Hotel very expensive aswell, we had 5 nights in Ao nang Krabi for half the price in the most gorgeous setting.

I like Koh Phi Phi, although it can be crowded.

I like Koh Phi Phi, although it can be crowded. It was my 3rd stay there, and I must admit it was quieter in the past. It has a nice atmosphere, plenty of options for food and some shopping, some nice beaches around the island. Long beach is nice with some medium snorkelling there. A few fish, dying corals, but we saw several sharks. We visited Bamboo island, what was a total ripoff, thousands of tourists there. And when you get there, you are informed about the 400 B entrance fee per person, and that 1,5 h travel time is subtracted from your total booked stay.

A toll was charged towards the nature park conservation. 20bht per person taken on the pier from travellers arriving. I am positive the total gathered each day is sufficient. It alines with the amount of plastic, glass and other waste which is gathering on the island. If the plastic waste is not dealt with quickly one could question where all the monies collected is going? National parks need to get more than a grip on waste management....educate and deal with this urgent matter. I would not visit a garage dump. Monies need to be spent on insuring the water, beaches, flora, fauna and the Thai residents like tourism can enjoy this unique gift that is Phi Phi Don. Good luck.
