Excellent location, clean, spacious, good WiFi, not noisy at all at night. Nice bathroom and nice extra chairs to work. Also downstairs is a common space to work, although there it was a little noisy as there are no full walls with the alley.

Very nice hotel with clean room. The reception was really nice kindly stored our luggage and offered us a welcome drink. There was water in the room and everything we needed was provided. We also received coupons for a very good complimentary buffet-style lunch. The location is excellent.

We stayed for two nights and we‘re more than happy. The rooms are unique and cosy. The whole place is decorated so lovely that you feel like being in a posh stylish bar/hotel in SEA in the 60s/70s. Warm and friendly staff will welcome you and make sure you have pleasant stay. The bar is great, too. Would have loved to stay for longer and will come back some day!

We had a wonderful experience in this beautiful hotel! To start, each person of the staff were so kind and helpful. Thank you to you all for your beautiful smiles!! The location is just great and isolated a bit from the noisy but also well connected to the nice Phi Phi Don town. It is very easy to arrange a taxi boat to the hotel any time and for a good price. This connection (7 min by boat) is important for taking the ferry to Phuket and or Krabi. We got the family room, it was just amazing! Very big and clean with a front balcon. Great see view, big bathroom, big and very comfortable beds, the matrasses and pillows were the best we have had so far in our trips. I liked very much that there were not beach chairs on the beach,, but instead we could just lay down on the white, soft and fantastic sand... under beautiful bushes to have some shade. This makes the place more natural with from my point of view it is more enjoyable and relax. The sea was incredible ! with clear blue water, warm and nice soft waves. Wonderful! We got great massages within the location and we could even have laundry's services. Something to stress, is the great quality and taste of the food at the restaurant for a very convenient price. Moreover we could enjoy having our meals having the sea so close by and having an impressive landscape view. In Phi Phi town (7 minutes by taxi boat from the hotel) you can find everything, 7 eleven, ATMs, a lot of restaurants and massages' salons. Also you can visit the View points to admire the whole island. Also, we could arrange nice tours to others islands and to enjoy snorkeling. For the diving experience, definitely the Dive Tribe was a great experiece. They were very professional and highly recommended. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay in this great hotel and definitely we expect to come back some day!

Dont listen to the bad reviews this place is an absolute gem. Very quiet and romantic surroundings and a super nice private beach. The breakfast and the beachfront bar were superb. The reception staff were super attentive and helpful. The staff looked very happy and the photos don’t show how nice this place really is. We stay two nights in the Holiday inn next door to the Natural and the later one is way more value for many and the staff are more English speaking and helpful here at the Natural. However the rooms are more nicer at the Holiday resort. The staff here has also set up cute little swings and benches all over the property which was very nice.

Excellent quiet location yet close to everything.Very friendly staff, spacious villa, exotic garden, pool overlooking the sea, private beach, fantastic restaurant for lunch and dinner with breathtaking view, rich tasty breakfast buffet. definitely want to come back. thank you to the front desk guy who suggested a fantastic long tail boat private tour to koh lay with snorkeling. we enjoyed every minute. we will definitely come back,))

Loved this place. We were met at the pier when we arrived and our bags brought to the hotel which was a great touch. The girls on the front desk were always very polite and helpful. Location was amazing as we wanted somewhere chilled which this was. The beach bar on the front was great. Food and drinks were always perfect. Great location for day trips and some great restaurants close by. Would 100% recommend.

Amazing bamboo huts and great swimming pool. The staff was super nice, helped with carrying the suitcases to the hut and even all the way to the ferry, at the date of departure. There are kayaks & SUP boards that can be used for free. We loved the bar at the swimming pool and their breakfast was fantastic, with layered cake even. 🎂

The view is the only thing that is good on this really dated...

The view is the only thing that is good on this really dated, not well managed place. Access over land is via the jungle - a fight with the neighboring property results in this. Access via boot is ok, but dangerous with waves.

Our third visit to Phi Phi Don.

Our third visit to Phi Phi Don. When you first arrive it gives the impression of there being lots to do but 2 or 3 days is enough. It's very beautiful but actually pretty boring with not much to do regarding entertainment apart from restaurants.

The island is very beautiful.

The island is very beautiful. It's suitable for all types of tourists. The beaches are nice, although the best ones require at least a 20-minute walk. I was pleasantly surprised. Maya bay definitly worth a visit (only acessible by boat). The food is good and varied. The viewpoints are spectacular. Viewpoint 3 is quite far and a bit muddy, but if you're in good physical shape, you can get there easily. Those traveling with children or who have mobility difficulties should avoid accommodations in the mountains. Eat and drink places: THE COFFEE CLUB - Best coffee shop Anna's Restaurant - One of the best places to eat Garlic 1992 - Best restaurant Activities: Day snorkeling trip (if it's not raining). Reggae Bar Phi Phi to watch tourists fighting for fun (not recommended for young children) Beach fire parties (if you want to drink and maybe flirt). Less positive: It would be better to have less polluting and noisy local boats available to reduce pollution and noise. Perhaps with eletrical engines.
