really enjoyed our stay, great hotel, very comfortable and staff super helpful. the place was spotless and even though end of season, good range of choices at the buffet and some evening entertainment. will definitely return

everything! especially the entertainment team, they were all very nice and especially Okan! very well maintained new facilities, perfect size of all inclusive hotel with everything needed and still not overcrowded, gives you the feeling of exclusive and boutique style

This four star hotel is like a smaller version of a five star hotel. The staff is very friendly and makes you feel welcome. Everything is clean and tidy. The selection of food is sufficient and there are new options every day. There is about 4 km long promenade by the sea near the hotel that leads to the old town of Side. The promenade is a good place to walk or run. The hotel's beach is well maintained, the sunbeds are clean and drinks, ice cream and fruit are offered. Many thanks to the front desk manager for room with pool access.

Great central location, close to all amenities. Very clean and comfortable apartment. Staff very friendly and helpful. Good value for money. Would highly recommend. Hopefully return in the future. Thank you very much for a wonderful stay.

Everything was amazing, the room is big and very well decorated. The breakfast is great on the terrace with a nice sea view. Special thanks to Mustafa who was very kind and speaks perfectly English

Very calm and relaxing. Rooms were spacious and clean and cleaned everyday. The pools were great with lots of space around. We walked up to the barut hemera and checked it out. We were glad we were staying in the Aram. Calmer vibe and very family oriented. Best probably from 13 down. Food variety was very good. They had themed evenings so there was always something for everyone especially if your a salad lover. So many amazing dishes on offer. The a la carte restaurant had excellent service and there are two other restaurants for lunch. As we were there a week after they reopened the burger bar was not open but looked like it was opening when we were leaving. We played tennis most days as they have one court. My son turned 12 there and had a ball. Toni the older kids entertainment rep was brillliant and very engaging with the kids. Very inclusive approach for any ability. He built great team spirts. By day 3 we wanted to book for next year and now that we are back so relaxed after it I have to wait a few weeks as you cannot book further than a year in advance. We were there for Easter 24 which was quite early this year but weather was great.

Very pleasant stay overall. The room was clean and comfortable, and the food was consistently good. Staff were polite and helpful. Everything was well organized.

A new aparthotel located almost in the center of Side, but in a quiet and peaceful place. 15-20 minutes walk to the old town and to the beaches, east and west. The nearest food stores A101 and Migros are located within a 5-minute walk. The hotel is very quiet and cozy, although it is located so close to the center, the rooms are large and clean, and equipped with everything necessary. The hotel owners are very friendly and helpful, and they respond to any request immediately. The kitchen appliances and utensils are sufficient for comfortable cooking. The bedroom and the kitchen-living room each have their own balcony and air conditioning. The internet is fast and stable, and I didn't experience any issues during my two-week stay. There are a few things to keep in mind: - Hot water is only available in the shower, and there is no hot water in the bathroom or kitchen sink. This wasn't a problem for me. - what hotel guests call "dirty kettle" is the scale that forms every time you boil water, which is hard in Side. I would like to thank the hotel owners once again for a great stay!

The host contacted us in advance, explained about arrival, and gave some essential information about the town. He was always very helpful and replied to all our questions via WhatsApp quite quickly. All our requests were satisfied: we had late check-in, late check-out, organized transfer to the airport at a good price and water delivery. The house is located on a fenced territory, inside is very green and pleasant, there is a small playground for children. We received the keys from the neighbor, who does not speak English, but uses Google Translate quite effectively. :) She is often around and can help. there is a parking place in the territory. The house is quite big: two bedrooms upstairs, a kitchen, a living room with three sofas, two bathrooms. All rooms have air conditioning, the house was very clean and recently renovated. Looks better than in the pictures. The kitchen is well-equipped and new, although we missed bigger frying pan, pot, and sharper knives. The bathroom is also good, well-equiped and renovated. Good new towels in a big quantity, bath robes, basic toiletries, everything is clean. Beds are comfortable, pillows also. There are three terraces, one can also have a breakfast outside. There is a vacuum cleaner, a dishwasher and tabs, a washing machine with powder, and plenty of cleaning stuff. It is 5-10 minutes walk to the sea, the beach there is sandy and quite OK, the water was very clean. In the cafe nearby, one can have sunbeds and umbrella - when ordering drinks or food. There are some shops around, big supermarkets are within 10-minute drive. There was a welcoming breakfast, beer, and 18 liter water. All in all, we were very satisfied with the apartment, it was among the best we have stayed in. The price is excellent. Recommended! :)
