The bath was leaking which caused an accident the bathroom ceiling light was falling out, and at times there was no water or electricity in the hotel and the lights in the hotel room were flickering. Due to the rain, the hotel corridors were leaking, with buckets and towels placed around to catch the water. Even after the rain stopped, the puddles were left unmopped for an entire week. The food was cold, looked nothing like the pictures, and didn’t taste good. There was also a very limited selection of cocktails.
The only upside to this hotel is the staff especially the entertainment staff. Very friendly and welcoming will go out of their way to help you.

- the food was diverse and delicious
- the room was big and clean
- we even got a feee upgrade to a jacuzzi room
- the beach is awesome, you can order stuff from the bar and the drinks are brought to your table
- everyone is nice and warm and helpful
- there were enough sun beds at the beach for everyone
- although the hotel is for families, they have 16+ areas both at the beach and at the restaurant
- they have lots of cats, well fed and really friendly
- the hotel is also pet-friendly, some guests were there with their dogs

Great food:
International dishes everyday, and has 3 nights of a week with different themes, like Turkey, Asia, seafood.
What we like most are Turkish food.
Friendly stuffs:
The stuffs in restuarance and cafe are very friendly.
The personal assistant tries to solve all your problems.
The Christmas eve activity is exceeded our expectations.
Helpful children care
Monday to Saturday 4.5 hours children care, very helpful. If it can be prelonged to 6 hours (covers lunch time), even better!

The massage is professional.
