Exceptional hotel. Absolutely beautiful lobby and rooms. Very friendly and attentive staff. Spacious, sparkling clean rooms and a nice pool and gardens. Very comfortable beds, big bathroom. Good quality soap, coffee etc provided. We wish that we would have stayed longer.

The breakfast exceeded expectations. The split system heating system, bed (with side tables on both sides of the king) and pillows were above average.The room was very clean. We did not use the handicap shower/bath, so cannot comment on that. We easily walked to the plaza and the botanical garden from the hotel. We never felt unsafe.
