The Wildbirch Hotel has a modern design, a convenient downtown location, and friendly staff, but unfortunately our stay was affected by several avoidable issues. On the positive side, we would like to thank Antonia from Zagreb, Croatia. She was exceptionally kind, welcoming, and professional. Her positive attitude and excellent service were the highlight of our stay. With better room preparation, more reliable operations, and improved comfort, this hotel has the potential to offer a much better guest experience.
