Tesis genel olarak temizdi. Ancak sadece konaklama amaçlı kullandık. Odalar küçük. Mikrodalga ve kahve makinası var. Tabak. Çatal takımı gibi ekipmanlar yok. Havuz çok küçük. Yani konsepti gereği sadece gece konaklama yapmak için uygun . Route 1 için Monterey’de konaklamak için ideal.
