I had an amazing stay at the hotel! The staff, particularly Jamela from the front desk, were incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious, and the location couldn't be better—perfectly situated near all New York attractions. Highly recommend!

The location and interior design make this one of the best choices for a midtown New York Hotel. The desk staff were extremely helpful. When I asked for a room on a higher floor, Julio managed this, and having given me the wrong key when I got to the room I suddenly saw him bringing me the right key. Exceptional service.
