Arlette helped us with an early check-in which included an upgrade at no extra cost. She was so attentive at every detail. She is a jewel in the hotel. We were duly supported in all requests. We got a room at the corner which dominated Bryant Park, a superb view. Sufficient room space and quite comfortable. Excellent location.
