From Alisha when she first greeted us with GENUINE pleasure and eye contact....to Edwardo and his amazing café! Not only is the coffee and food spot on..so is Edwardos disposition and attitude for his work. He clearly loves what he does! A true gem of a human. In fact, we were so welcomed and taken care of, I pre-booked my staff to stay there when they are out on courses in January! Classiest, friendliest hotel I have stayed in in Manhattan so far! I will be back.

All around the hotel you have all the shops and bar and restaurants you want. It is easy to move with all the vehicles and subway. The service it is incredibly discrete silent and efficient. Could not imagine a better breakfast, In really mean never taste a better fruit in my life. The place and the forniture is check in any details. All is perfectly clean and warm and cozy. It feels like home but it makes you feel like on holidays even if you stay for business.
