What a magical stay. Just one night but I would most definitely go back. Perfect oasis before a work summit in the city. So beautiful and calm. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is super relaxed. We didn't dine in the evening, but the breakfast was delicious and speedy. The shop is also really good with so many nice pieces, including lots of clothing (dangerously good), and very attentive assistants.

Conveniently located off motorway I-280 and just 15 minutes’ drive from San Francisco International Airport, this hotel provides a daily free hot breakfast and offers rooms with free WiFi.

I had a fantastic stay. The location is excellent, the staff are friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was really good. There's a 24/7 coffee station, large lockers, and plenty of games and activities to keep guests entertained. The atmosphere is what really makes this place stand out. They even set up the World Cup matches on a projector, which created an awesome vibe. I also loved the free tacos on Tuesdays, karaoke on Monday nights, and the option for a late check-out. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting San Francisco.

The Monte Cristo is a warm, welcoming, wonderful place to stay! We enjoyed its unique ambiance and history along with the comfortable rooms, fabulous always-available snacks, hot breakfast, and modern bathrooms. The location was perfect, within walking distance to the Presidio and not far from other San Francisco attractions. And by the way - San Francisco felt very, very safe, no matter what you hear. A gorgeous city.
