The most pleasant hostel I had been in my whole trip. I just couldn’t believe how much energy the staff did put into making our stay pleasant —and all of that for a very affordable price! The morning free pancakes are just the top of the iceberg. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the staff looks after it regularly. Also very comfy to have an hostel where you have to leave your shoes at the entrance.

wonderful apartment, clean, comfortable, with a wonderful view, whoever finds himself in Washington, should definitely stay in this apartment. I give this apartment not 10, but 20 and more. next time I will definitely stay here, it is the best in all of Washington.

The suite was spacious and clean, with built in washer and dryer facilities and essential kitchen appliances. Location was close to the White House, ~ 30 minute walk to the National Mall/Smithsonian Museums. Staff was polite and helpful.

Breakfast came with the reservation, and it was excellent! The staff was also wonderful: knowledgeable, friendly and helpful at every turn. We loved both the restaurant and the bodega, and my daughter found the gym to be great. We had a very happy stay at Arlo!
