Fantastic Family Managed property. The owner is the best friend you can have in hoi an. Helpful, generous and funny! He’ll put the guests’ needs before anything, even the most spoiled guests. Rooms: fantastic huge bed with all necessary amenities. Nice balcony with village view. Make sure you try his homemade cold tea! Delicious

My fiancé and I loved our time at Hoianese Heritage Hotel in Hoi An. Min and Helen were among the best hosts we have ever had, so sweet, friendly, and helpful with recommendations of what to do in Hoi An. We arrived early in the morning after a journey with the night sleeping bus and went straight away for a cooking class, and when we came back they prepared our room and cooled it down which was perfect. There is free water, coffee and tea for all the guests, and a very delicious breakfast available at the location. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable and the location was great - close to the night market but quiet and away from the crowded areas.The staff also helped us with the bus for our next location at a good price. We would certainly recommend this hotel, as it is great value for money.

The location of the hotel is placed beautifully. I could walk all the important places and some more. Comfy clean and beautiful rooms. Great coffee places are just around the corner. Ancient town is just one alley away. All good cafes/eatery are max in 10-15 mins walking distance. The staffs were very helpful, enthusiastic and very friendly. Bonus: there is a free coffee station, and the cha pe sua da was delicious 😋 Very safe for solo travellers, esp female solo travellers. They have all the necessary services and good affordable trips and tours. P.S. Helen(staff) you were absolutely amazing!

It was a great stay, Jenny and Emma were exremely helpful and friendly. They give you brifing when you arrive and tell you about all of the activities, food etc on a map to organize your trip. The hotel has free Vietnamese coffee all day. Location is close to almost everything without noise and hoi an is gorgeous. I decided to extend my stay 2 times.
