We had an awesome stay at this hotel. The best was its location, which was away from the very busy and chaotic river. The size of the room and specially the bathroom was superb! The staff was also friendly, helpful and hospitable. We used their gym and that was a big plus for us.

It is situated in a lovely spot by the river and only a short walk to the Old Town. There were multiple pools to choose from which really suited us especially if the main pool was overrun with children. We were also extremely lucky to be upgraded to the Pool Villa which was an outstanding room.

Right in the center, very comfortable with a lots of common area and very pleasant staff. The beds offered a lot of privacy and the bathrooms and WCs were clean and well kept and there was so many of them!

Loved everything about this place: Location was central but quiet, Host was helpful but not pushy, Not just our room but entire hotel was super clean, The scooter we rented from the host felt safe and stable which isnt always the case with rentals, Breakfast was simple but delicious. The hosts are incredibly accommodating and make sure everything is well taken care of. The location is excellent, right in the heart of Hoi An, just a short walk to the Night Market and the Ancient Town. A big plus is that breakfast is served every morning. Definitely recommend staying here!

Lovely little home stay in the heart of Hoi An! Very clean and spacious room, air conditioning was amazing. The breakfasts were delicious and the staff were so nice and accomplished.
