I recently had the pleasure of staying at Le Premier Hotel, and I was thoroughly impressed with the exceptional service provided by the staff. In particular, I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks and appreciation to Ms. Jenny and Ms. Megan for their outstanding services and support during my stay. Their professionalism, kindness, and attentiveness made my experience truly unforgettable. The hotel's facilities and amenities were also top-notch, as well as the excellent position where all things you may need are around you, and I appreciated the warm hospitality extended to me throughout my visit. The service at this Japanese onsen was outstanding. The staff was professional, friendly, and attentive, making sure every guest felt comfortable. The facilities were spotless, and the entire process was smooth and easy to follow. What impressed me most was how authentic the experience felt – it wasn’t just about sitting in hot water, but about embracing a traditional Japanese ritual. After my visit, I felt lighter, calmer, and happier.

Everything about the retreat was perfect. The new hotel is stylish, clean with lovely rooms with exceptionally comfortable beds. Its prime location is a major plus. Situated near the paddy fields, the villa offers a serene and refreshing atmosphere. Despite our late-night check-in, Mr. Will, the host, patiently waited for us and provided excellent support. He also shared recommendations for interesting places to visit and delightful local cuisine in Hoi An. Additionally, guests can freely use bicycles to explore the old town. We wholeheartedly endorse this place and will enthusiastically recommend it to our friends and family.

This place honestly surprised me in the best way. It’s a small family business run by a sweet married couple, and you can really feel the love they put into everything. The husband is honestly the highlight. He talks with guests, shares local culture, and he’s really funny. His English is good enough that everyone can understand him, and conversations with him feel natural and fun. I genuinely liked him — like really, from the bottom of my heart. He’s one of those people who make your trip feel special. They offer free bikes to all visitors, and the husband even takes guests out on bike rides to show beautiful spots around Tam Coc that you wouldn’t discover on your own.

From the moment we walked in, we felt genuinely welcomed. The service throughout our stay was exceptional—friendly, professional, and above all, heartfelt. The room was spotless and cozy, with every little detail thoughtfully taken care of. We could tell the cleaning staff took real pride in their work. Breakfast each morning was a lovely surprise—not just the variety and taste, but how fresh and well-prepared everything was. Special thanks to the hotel staff and especially Katty and Ame, They were attentive without being intrusive, and genuinely kind in a way that made us feel seen and valued, not just like another guest passing through. Thank you, Katty and Ame—you turned a nice trip into a special memory. We'll be recommending this place to everyone we know.
