Attractively set in Hanoi, Eliana Premio Hotel Hanoi has air-conditioned rooms, a terrace, free WiFi and a restaurant. This 4-star hotel offers a 24-hour front desk and a tour desk. The staff was the best I have ever seen specially Jenny, Lovy & Felis. They were extremely supportive and welcoming. I really felt like home and the credit goes to those individuals. The location was great as well in Old quarter near to many shops and restaurants as I expected.

The concierge Ken has been a most valuable advisor for all our queries and helped us a lot to arrange our outdoor activities. The rooms were clean and the location was perfect within the old town and very near the lake.

The rooms were beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and went above and beyond. The rooftop pool was very comfortable and breakfast was delicious.

Featuring a terrace, Eliana Signature Hanoi Hotel is located in the center of Hanoi, a 2-minute walk from Thang Long Water Puppet Theater. I love this hotel so much. The staff is amazing. Especially Jane who helped us booked a great trip in Ninh binh and sapa. It was great.

Attractively set in the center of Hanoi, Ja Cosmo Hotel and Spa is within a 3-minute walk of Thang Long Water Puppet Theater and half a mile of Hoan Kiem Lake. Breakfast was ok not excellent. Location is great. Personnel was corteous and very nice. They took care ofnour luggages while we were away on a tour before checking in, and before being back to the hotel after Halong Bay cruise.

This is the best hostel I have stayed in so far , the room itself had few lanterns hanging in which gave a good hoi an feel, it had a gym , swimming pool indoor games all well maintained. They also gave free bycycle which helped to save a lot of cost because you can easily cover a lot of places in hoi an with the bycycle. It is at a walking distance from old town
