Our family had a wonderful time staying at this hotel! We truly enjoyed the complimentary afternoon tea, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. The customer service was superb across the board—from the hotel car driver to the doorman, reception staff, and housekeeping. Everyone was incredibly friendly and professional. A special mention goes to Helen, who was exceptionally kind and helpful. She went above and beyond to assist with our travel requirements and expertly arranged our travel plans during our stay, making everything seamless. We truly felt at home here, and we will definitely stay at this hotel again the next time we visit Danang. Highly recommended!

I spent a fantastic week at the Seahorse Hotel! The security and accommodation staff were fantastic! They were so nice and friendly, always ready to help. I felt especially lucky to have a room with four beds. The hotel also had a friendly atmosphere and delicious breakfasts. The air conditioning was always on, and the beds were very comfortable. There was a wonderful rooftop pool with a view of the city. Everything was within walking distance.

Most beautiful boutique hotel I've stayed at. Filled with nature, spacious well decorated rooms, nice rooftop pool, and solid breakfast, walking distance to beach and restaurants. Staff were very professional, kind, and communicative. Price is same as other mid-level hotel but you get much more.

First and foremost, the staff at Diamond Sea Hotel provided exceptional service. Lisa, Helly, Kelly, Mang, and the other bellboys were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist us with anything we needed. Their warm hospitality made us feel truly valued as a guest, and we were grateful for their assistance throughout our stay. The location of the hotel was also a highlight for us Being just steps away from the beach meant that we could enjoy stunning views and easily access the sand and water whenever we wanted. Additionally, the area surrounding the hotel offered a wide range of activities, and the staff were always there to provide recommendations and help us plan our day. The facilities and amenities at Diamond Sea Hotel were top-notch. The rooms were comfortable, beautifully decorated, and provided a peaceful retreat after a long day of exploring. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and we felt completely at ease during our entire stay. We also made use of the swimming pool and fitness center, which added to the overall enjoyment of our visit. We cannot speak highly enough of Lisa, Helly, Kelly, Mang, and the rest of the bellboys who made our stay at Diamond Sea Hotel so memorable. Their exceptional service, combined with the hotel's prime location and excellent facilities, made for an unforgettable experience. - Rooftop bar in the 40th floor: is a must try, even if you don’t stay in the hotel. The view there is sooooo stunning, either in a moonlight light or a sunny day. - Excellent service: we got a free upgrade thanks to booking.com promotion from a no view, no window room to a twin room with partial seats view so I was happy enough but Định the bellman made us even more happy as he walk our luggage to the room and realised we are travelling as a couple so he ask if we want to request a room change to double room and then the hotel is very nice to change it for free. Such a very thoughtful gesture. Định really went extra miles for customer’s satisfaction. He helped us a lot with hotel information and taxi, too. Other staffs are also very welcoming. They really exceeded my expectations which premade from reading other reviews. Oh, and we got welcome drinks and food too :) - Location: very near the beach and An Thuong areas where lots of shops and services are available. Our room is on the back corner of the hotel, floor 21 so we got a very beautiful view of the beach and the city while stayed away from the noise in the beach in the evening.

We stayed in the One-bedroom Ocean View Suite with Balcony. The room was lovely with fantastic views. We liked that we had toilet in the open lay out ensuite but there was also a private toilet in the apartment too. It was so nice to sit on the balcony and look at everything happening on the beach and the beautiful sunrises. We had a buffet dinner as the fireworks we on that night and watched the bartenders put on an amazing show. The buffet breakfast had plenty to choose from and was delicious.

The beaches are one of the best in the world.

The beaches are one of the best in the world. Lots of eateries and places to view/visit. Proximity to Hoi An is great because if you have shopping requirements or want to experience more traditional vibes you can head over to Hoi An within 30-45 min by grab/private taxi. Beach hotels/resorts are all inclusive, but you must explore boutique properties/stays as they are often just walking distance from the beach.

The hot springs was great, but I personally wouldn't recommend more than 2 days there. Even that felt long. The bed was comfortable, and the room was quiet. The food was not great at all and way overpriced.

Nice quiet town and an excellent beach. The evening lighting around the bridge is also amazing, Great food and very friendly people. Worth spending a day or two and also the visit to Ba Na Hills was quite fun.

We really enjoyed our stay at Ebisu Onsen Hotel although we were not traveling with children and we definitely did not realize the hotel was in a waterpark...I must have missed that part when using Booking.com to select this hotel. Kinda funny though, we still had a wonderful time walking the entire park which was absolutely beautiful. Loved using the hot springs and the big marble bath tub with beautiful view off the bathroom. We were notified that it would take 15+ minutes for the water for the bath to warm up. It really took a good hour for the water to get warm enough to soak in the bathtub comfortably. Once it did though it was an incredible experience. Apparently the hot water comes from the nearby hot springs thus the reason it took so long. Coming from California though we felt very guilty letting the water run for so long to get hot.

First time to Da Nang so spent the time walking the neighborhoods and beach. This was an exploratory trip to get a feel for Da Nang. People were friendly. The coffee culture is of interest which I plan on looking into on future visits.
